Welcome to the 1320 Pico Project website. The proposed project is a pair of 8-story and 4-story apartment buildings totaling 100 residential units, including 16 affordable units, all over 1-level subterranean garage. As prescribed per the City’s affordable housing production program, 3 units are at 50% AMI, 3 units are at 80% AMI, and 10 units are at moderate income levels and based on 100% density bonus. There are 78 parking spaces including 58 EV or EV ready parking spaces. 168 bicycle spaces are included in the project 152 long-term bike parking spaces and 16 short-term bike parking spaces.
